                                                         About our Pizza

 Our Dough

           Is made fresh daily combining flour, water and yeast.  When baked, our dough takes on a traditional crunchy thin    crust.  We also offer deep dish pan pizza baked  in large       sheets.

 Our Sauce

          Is prepared using plum tomato trattoria tossed with a variety of fresh herbs and spices.   It has a robust and rich flavor.

 Our  Cheese

         Is whole milk mozzarella.  When it melts, it forms large long strings.

 Our Toppings

          Along with the standard toppings , we feature a  different  meat lover and veggie lover special every day.   All of our      toppings are available by the slice for our  customers to enjoy.   Some of our house favorites include mushroom with fresh herb and garlic,  eggplant with roasted peppers and ricotta, Cajun chicken with sausage and  grilled chicken with pesto.
